1. About us
PressKing is a garment care service operating in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & pickup
Pickup slots are subject to availability. Our delivery executive will contact you on the registered phone number when arriving at your address.
3. Pricing
Final pricing is calculated after our staff inspect each garment. The quoted prices on the website are indicative; actual amounts may vary based on garment type, fabric, and condition. You will be informed of the final amount before processing.
4. Turnaround time
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from pickup. Delays may occur due to fabric type or external factors (weather, holidays); we will notify you on WhatsApp.
5. Liability
We treat every garment with care, but in the unlikely event of damage our liability is limited to ten times the service charge for that item, capped at the depreciated value of the garment.
6. Unclaimed garments
Garments not collected within 30 days of completion may be donated. We will attempt at least three contacts before doing so.
7. Termination
We may refuse service or terminate your account for abusive behaviour or non-payment.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
