Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair, simple, no fine print.

1. Free redo guarantee

If you are not satisfied with how a garment was finished, let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We will redo the service free of charge.

2. Cancellation before pickup

You can cancel any order at no charge before our delivery executive arrives at your address. Cancel by replying to the WhatsApp confirmation or calling +91 96696 68769.

3. Cancellation after pickup

If you cancel after pickup but before we begin processing, we will return your garments at no charge. Once processing has started, we charge for the work completed.

4. Refunds

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We will email and WhatsApp confirmation when the refund is initiated.

5. Damaged or lost items

In the rare event of damage or loss, we compensate up to ten times the service charge for that item, capped at the depreciated value of the garment. Reports must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. How to request

Email founders@pressking.co with your order ID and photos (if applicable). We respond within 24 hours.
