1. Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and (optionally) email. When you make a payment, our payment processor (Razorpay) collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
2. How we use it
- To pick up, process, and deliver your garments.
- To send you order updates over WhatsApp and SMS.
- To collect feedback and improve our service.
3. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) Razorpay, for payments; (b) our WhatsApp messaging provider, to send order updates; (c) our delivery executives, who receive your name, phone, and address. We do not sell your data.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to founders@pressking.co.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function (session, authentication). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
