Is pickup and delivery free?
Yes. Free doorstep pickup and delivery is included on every PressKing order across our service areas in Indore — there's no minimum order or hidden collection charge.
Which areas of Indore do you serve?
We pick up across Nipania, Vijay Nagar, Scheme No. 54, Mahalaxmi Nagar, Saket, Pipliyahana and surrounding neighbourhoods. If you're nearby and unsure, message us and we'll confirm before you book.
How do I book a pickup?
Book online from the website in under a minute, or message us on WhatsApp. Choose a pickup slot, share your address, and we'll collect from your door.
Turnaround & tracking
How long does an order take?
Everyday wash & iron and steam press are often returned same-day when collected early. Dry cleaning of delicate or premium garments is typically 24–48 hours.
Can I get same-day service?
For simple garments collected early in the day, usually yes. Premium and delicate pieces are given the full window so the fabric isn't rushed. Tell us your deadline and we'll be honest about what's possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes — every order has a live status you can follow from the Track page using your order details.

How much does it cost?
Pricing is per garment and fully transparent — see the Pricing page for the full list across steam press, wash & iron, wash & fold and dry cleaning. There are no hidden charges.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, UPI, and credit or debit cards. You'll see the final amount before you confirm.
Garment care & guarantee
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every order is covered by our free redo guarantee. If something isn't right, we'll re-do it — and if we ever damage a garment, we make it right. See the Guarantee page for details.
Do you handle delicate and premium garments?
Yes. Silk sarees, wool blazers, sherwanis, lehengas and other delicate pieces are inspected, tested for colourfastness, dry cleaned with the right process, and finished by hand — one garment at a time.
What are your working hours?
We operate Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Pickup and delivery slots are available throughout the day.
